How I work

From space to detail

I look for coherence between the building, its
interiors, and the way it is made. A plan
establishes relationships; an opening frames a view, admits light, or creates privacy. Materials and details give those decisions their physical expression.

We develop these elements together, testing
them against the realities of climate, budget, and construction. Our involvement continues on site, where design decisions become built work and deserve the same attention as the first sketches.

The Practice

Fabrice Annea Architect works across new
architecture, transformations, and interiors, with involvement extending from the initial brief through construction and handover.

I bring a continuous architectural eye to that process. Working with clients, consultants, and contractors, we keep the overall intention in view while resolving the individual decisions that shape the spaces people will inhabit.
